Qualifications

• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer customizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Maintain store safety, security, and cash-handling procedures.
• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space for customers.
