Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year retail experience.
• Supervisory experience in a specialty store or food establishment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising a profitable store and creating sales volume growth.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in planning and executing promotions effectively.
• Respond pro-actively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
• Answer email and telephone calls with courteous greetings and directions to the store location.
• Responsible for ordering coffee, baked goods and supplies when needed.
• Maintain efficient, friendly service standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Report potential safety hazards and all employee accidents to Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Inform the Store Manager or Assistant Manager of any operational inconsistencies.
