Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team, ensure great customer experience, and maximize sales. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and comes with a bi-weekly bonus program and benefits.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and maintaining inventory, safety and cleanliness. Schedule is rotating, about 45 hours/week, with starting pay $15.50–$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Customer focus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to adapt to store environment and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
