Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Broken Arrow, OK. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching the crew, driving sales, and overseeing shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain." Work hours feature a rotating schedule with about 45 hours per week; compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour, or roughly $35,500 to $37,000 annually,

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
