Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-volume full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to train, coach and develop staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions and manage shift operations.
• Proficiency in controlling labor and food costs.
• ServSafe certification and knowledge of health codes.
