Qualifications

• Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and retain frontline staff.
• Food safety certification and sanitation standards knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct shifts and ensure assigned tasks are completed per policy.
• Train staff and create effective work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward good performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports meeting quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as contact for staff questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
