Burger King in Frenchtown Charter Township, MI, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on duty, coach team, and drive restaurant performance, sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

You'll work with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) to lead by example, ensure fast service, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous leadership or management experience in quick-service preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work flexible and occasionally extended shifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Coach, support, and provide feedback to Team Members to help them grow and succeed

• Execute shift plans and ensure daily operations run efficiently
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered quickly while meeting quality standards
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and brand compliance
• Monitor shift performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Step into Team Member roles when needed to support the team and guest experience
• Create memorable guest experiences through fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Encourage team members to exceed guest expectations every day
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment
• Follow all cash-handling and security procedures
• Assist with inventory management through daily and weekly counts
• Receive and organize product deliveries
• Help minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency
