Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in California to support store management and drive superb customer service. You will lead the team when managers are absent, ensure smooth operations, and oversee opening/closing tasks.

You will supervise staff, handle customer inquiries, maintain merchandising standards and protect customer confidentiality while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and support CVS Store Management.
• Drive store execution, customer service and daily operations.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Handle customer questions and complaints in line with policy.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, stock, displays and inventory.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.
