Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. Milton, VT is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide supervisory leadership in the absence of store management, overseeing opening and closing procedures and guiding the crew during each shift.

You will represent management in resolving customer service issues, complete all mandatory trainings, and perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth store operations. This part-time role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED
• Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
• 2+ years previous experience in related position (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ability to fulfill all duties listed for a Customer Experience Advocate
• May carry out all opening and closing procedures in the absences of store management
• May supervise store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities, in the absence of store management
• May represent management in resolving customer service issues
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
