Qualifications

• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others
• Flexible with hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Follow policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure quality beverages/food and consistency
• Coach and delegate tasks to team during peak times
• Uphold store safety, security, and loss prevention
