Qualifications

• Six months or more of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others and coordinate 2+ staff.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach preparation of food/beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Uphold store safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Coach staff to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes and customer specs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships within the community.
