Job summary

Qualifications

Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise front-line team to ensure customer service standards
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
Ensure store policies are followed including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety
Lead by example to create a welcoming space for customers and community
