Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a store team and uphold our standard of craft and warmth for customers in the community. You will guide beverage and food preparation, ensure safety and cash handling, and mentor associates to deliver an exceptional experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer-facing experience and 6 months of experience delegating tasks. The role requires flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes and customer specifications.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members, coordinating two or more employees.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
