Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor who leads with craft and heart to ensure our coffeehouse remains a welcoming space for the community. You will guide baristas, uphold standards for beverages and food, and support customers throughout your shift.

This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to a small staff. You’ll mentor partners, handle guest needs with a calm, friendly approach, and contribute to a positive store

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring regular customer interaction.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customize per customer.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Meet store policies and standards including cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrated ability to direct work and learn quickly.
