Qualifications

• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Follow store policies and standards, ensure beverage and food quality, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard or customized recipes.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate shift tasks and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Maintain store policies, cash handling and safety across shifts.
