Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer interaction experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Coordinate tasks for two or more partners during peak hours.
• Ensure store policies and safety standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
