Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Orlando is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to keep our coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. You will guide baristas, coach fellow partners, and ensure every cup meets our standards while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll oversee food and beverage prep to standard recipes, adapt to customer requests, and uphold store safety and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
