Starbucks Coffee Company in North Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced afternoon to evening service, coach partners, uphold quality beverages and food, and ensure a welcoming store environment for our community. You'll leverage six months of customer-facing experience, flexible hours, and strong teamwork to schedule tasks, train teammates, and maintain store safety.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety and security
• Six months of customer-facing experience
• Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating a team of at least two people

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and supervise teammates to ensure smooth operations
• Coach partners on beverage and food preparation to standard recipes
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and store cleanliness
