Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality essential.

• Meet store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, store safety.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate work for two or more team members.
