Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate teams of two or more.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized orders.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow store policies and safety standards.
