Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead a busy store in Indianapolis, delivering warm, high‑quality experiences for customers. You will supervise a small team, coach beverage and food prep, and ensure safe, accurate cash handling and store operations.

You will guide staff through daily tasks, maintain standards, and support a welcoming community space. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating a small team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety and cash handling standards.
• Coach and oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, including substitutions when needed.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work to ensure smooth shift operations.
