Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks for two or more people.
• Ability to direct the work of others and motivate a team.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain adherence to store policies, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Foster teamwork and build relationships with customers and partners.
