Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the cafe a welcoming space for the community.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members.
