Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in California is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead daily shifts, coach partners, and ensure the store delivers high-quality beverages and food while providing a welcoming environment for customers.

You will collaborate with team members, maintain safety and cleanliness, handle cash and inventory steps, and participate in ongoing development and benefits programs available to partners.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to two or more employees.
