Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months’ experience in customer-facing role.
• Ability to coach and prepare beverages/food to standard recipes and customer requests.
• Six months’ experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more teammates.
