Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience in roles involving customer interactions and fulfilling customer requests (min 6 months).
• Experience coaching food/beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
