Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers on a regular basis.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team to ensure guest satisfaction and quality beverages/food.
• Uphold store policies and safety standards, including cash handling.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth shifts.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours as needed.
