Job summary

Starbucks Corp. Minnesota seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, creating a warm, welcoming space where every visit feels meaningful. You’ll model dependable attendance, supervise operations, and inspire teammates to deliver consistent, high‑quality beverages and food.

In this role you’ll coach partners, manage cash handling and store safety, adapt to flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and uphold Starbucks standards while building community trust.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating 2+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality beverages and food.
• Coach and develop team to deliver excellent customer service.
