Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Clarksville, TN, to lead daily store operations and deliver the brand experience customers expect. You will oversee beverage and food preparation, uphold quality standards, and support a welcoming, inclusive store environment for the community.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, training and coaching of partners, and ensuring smooth shift execution with a focus on safety, accuracy, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety.
• Six (6) months of customer interaction experience.
• Six (6) months of delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise front-line service during shifts.
• Coach staff to prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and issues are resolved.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work of two or more employees.
