• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized requests.
• Meet store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Ability to direct the work of others and build relationships.
