Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards including cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of leadership or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise team members to ensure smooth store operation.
• Provide high quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet daily goals.
