• Basic knowledge of cash handling and store safety.
• Ability to lead and coach beverage preparation to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming and community-focused.
• Ensure quality beverages and food items, and uphold store safety and policies.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to partners (employees).
