Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others on shift.
• Provide quality beverages and food according to recipes.
• Maintain store safety, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members as needed.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support store operations and teamwork to meet targets.
