Job summary

Starbucks in Oshkosh, Wisconsin is seeking a shift supervisor who leads with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will guide the team to deliver quality beverages and food while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating tasks of two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective oral communication and leadership to maintain service quality.
