Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others and coordinate two or more employees.
• Effective oral communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks to meet store needs.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize per customer requests.
• Coach and develop staff to maintain service standards and efficiency.
• Ensure cash handling, safety, and security policies are followed.
