Qualifications

• Meet store policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety.
• 6+ months experience in a customer-facing role.
• 6+ months experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the Starbucks store a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of others and coach team members.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
