Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Ability to coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, store safety and security policies.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and adhere to safety standards.
