Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Adhere to store policies including cash handling and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming
• Direct and coach a team to deliver quality beverages and food
• Ensure store safety and security and uphold policies
