Qualifications

• At least six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; follow store policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space for the community.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specs.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shift coverage.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Work as part of a team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
