Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality beverages and foods while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Ensure quality beverages and foods, adhere to cash handling and store safety standards
