Qualifications

• Attend and show up punctually and reliably, with or without accommodation.
• Flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling, safety and product quality.
• Six months of customer-facing experience handling requests and inquiries.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customized as needed, including ingredient changes.
• At least six months delegating tasks and coordinating teams.
