Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adherence to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role handling requests.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the team to prepare beverages and foods to standard recipes or customer specs.
• Lead daily operations to maintain a welcoming Starbucks environment.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, store safety and overall quality during shifts.
• Foster teamwork, build relationships with customers and partners, and resolve issues promptly.
