Qualifications

• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the work of team members during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages and food per Starbucks recipes and customer requests.
• Uphold store policies on cash handling, safety, and security with accommodations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships.
