Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, and maintain cash handling and store safety.
• Direct the work of others and delegate tasks to team members.
• Coach and train staff to follow standard recipes and customization requests.
• Foster a collaborative, warm customer service environment.
