Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Meet store policies on beverage/food quality, cash handling and safety.
• Six months’ customer-facing experience.
• Six months’ experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest service to deliver a welcoming experience.
• Ensure high-quality beverages and food prepared to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to two or more teammates as needed.
• Maintain cash handling, safety, and security according to policy.
