Job summary

Panera Bread in Hickory, NC is seeking a Shift Manager/opening shift lead to greet guests, supervise team members, and uphold health and food safety standards to ensure a smooth, welcoming cafe experience.

Availability for a full schedule is preferred, but both full- and part-time options are considered. You’ll join a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust, with opportunities for advancement and competitive perks.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years prior management experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Ability to work 20-40 hours a week
• Holidays and weekends are required
