Job summary

Panera Bread in Burlington, NC is hiring Shift Managers/openers. A full schedule is ideal, but you must be able to work the open or close shift.

You will lead a team, connect with guests, and support community initiatives by donating unsold products. Expect responsibilities including delivering top-notch service, modeling company values, overseeing opening, mid, and closing shifts, participating in training, and upholding health & food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work & learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 20-40 hours a week.
• Holidays & weekends are required.
