Job summary

Responsibilities include training, coordinating schedules, adhering to the Safety Plan and MAP policy, and communicating with the Residential Coordinator 2, clinical team, and families. A strong emphasis on person-centered care and community integration is required.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Human Services with proven leadership skills.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CORI background check acceptable and negative drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all program staff during their shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure program operations and safety compliance per the plan.
• Maintain inviting home environment and assist with schedules and coverage.
• Manage documentation and communications with DDS coordinators and families.
• Assist with medication ordering and MAP policy.
• Submit work orders to facilities as needed.
• Promote high employee morale and a positive work environment.
