Job summary

Morrison Living is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that tasks are completed in line with policy and safety standards.

Requires prior supervisory experience. The role offers day and mid shifts with potential nights and weekends, in a community-focused hospitality setting, with a robust benefits package for both part-time and full-time associates.

• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
