Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks per policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as primary contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor teammates and encourage career development within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
